Nowadays, patients with dyspnea are often initially misdiagnosed: HF (heart failure) and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary desease) are confused in up to 68% of the cases. A doctor, suspecting disease in a patient, refers the patient for further tests, each of which is waited for several weeks to several months. Ultimately, the patient obtains a diagnosis with a significant delay. Multiple tests result in a financial burden on the health care system. 
Mudisocard has a potential to reduce this time to minutes, potentially on the first visit. Apart from the standard ECG examination, Mudisocard gives doctor information about possible occurrence of HF, and its two possible variants with same symptoms but different therapy. The diagnostic process will be based on a single device measuring 3 types of signals and processing and analysing the collected data. The result will be a diagnosis with a sensitivity and specificity of >80%. This will significantly shorten the entire diagnostic process and reduce its cost intensity - the estimated reduction in the cost of the heart failure diagnostic process is about 60%. Finally reducing the number of tests required for a conclusive diagnosis will contribute to lowering the usage of electricity, medical resources and general environmental impact of the healthcare system.
The innovation of Mudisocard lies in the simultaneous measurement of: vectocardiography, bioimpedance in 3D and auscultations of the chest. Apart from analysing the signals themselves, Mudisocard can obtain information that lies in relations between these signals, which was previously inaccesible. Using this data in a telemedical solution can reduce costs and time required for cardiac diagnosis. Simultaneously, the outcome of the examination can be transformed to a form of a standard ECG, enhanced with additional data, which is an extension of something that is already common in the healthcare system.
