TechGlow EU is a new online community for women-led companies in Europe. Our goal is to create a strong network that transcends borders and fosters collaboration among women leaders in the technology sector. We provide our members with executive insights for successfully navigating the New Technology landscape, aimed at reinforcing their business, innovation and partnership strategies. The content is tailored to address the specific needs and opportunities and will evolve accordingly.

A company is considered women-led if at least one woman is present in CxO level or equivalent (CEO, CTO, CFO, CSO, etc.).This community is dedicated to women-led innovative companies across EU Member States and countries associated with the Horizon Europe program (Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Iceland, Israel, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Tunisia, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Morocco, New Zealand).

The community is supported by the EEN2EIC project, which aims to support European innovation and scale-up companies by developing a strong cooperation mechanism between the European Innovation Council and EEN through specific outreach and support activities.
