Xyall is a Dutch revenue stage company, founded in 2018, active in the field of oncology based molecular diagnostic testing. Xyall is on a mission to optimize molecular diagnostic test results for cancer patients by delivering technologies that enable accurate and efficient selection of tumor samples. 

The fast-growing market for oncology molecular diagnostic testing and growing shortage of laboratory technicians in combination with Xyall’s superior Tissector platform and experienced management, provides Xyall a leading position in this strategically important market segment.

In order to take full advantage of the unmet market needs of molecular pathology labs, the Tissector platform includes two solutions, the Tissector High Throughput (HT) solution for high volume molecular pathology labs and the Tissector Table Top (TT) for low to mid volume labs. Xyall has a hybrid business model with capital sale for the equipment and recurring income per (patient)case of disposables and, in the future, quantitative algorithms.

Xyall’s Tissector platform is based on unique technologies in the areas of precision robotics, digital pathology and workflow optimization. These well-protected technologies provide high barriers to entry while Xyall’s installed base ensures both customer intimacy and recurring revenue base.

The Tissector HT solution was launched end of 2022 and the Tissector TT was launched end of 2023. In the first half of 2024, Xyall is transforming quickly from a development stage into a commercial scaling stage company. The salesfunnel for the Tissector solutions has filled quickly the past nine months with high profile molecular pathology labs at hospitals, commercial labs, pharmaceutical companies and research organizations.

The coming 2-3 years Xyall will grow into an independent profitable company.
