VirtualBrain – The AI OS for Expert Work
We’re raising €2.5M in Seed funding to cement VirtualBrain as the default AI platform for high-value knowledge work, starting with Consulting, Private Equity, and Strategy teams.
Where We Are Now
- €63K MRR (April), on track for €1M ARR by June. +25% MoM growth sustained over the last 6 months. Profitable, 6 senior employees + 2 founders
- 40 clients across 10 countries, with strong traction in France, Germany & the UK. Zero churn, 40% annual upfront, €25K+ ACV.
- 30% of revenue and pipeline via referrals and strategic resale by clients. Clients include top-tier consulting firms, PE funds & global strategy teams
- 60% WAU/MAU in 2025 (vs 30% in 2024) – usage doubling every quarter. Product is used daily to generate hundreds of deliverables per month
What Makes Us Unique
- We’ve outbuilt the most funded players in our category - without raising a cent. Think Harvey.ai or Hebbia for Consulting, PE & Strategy
- Deepest use case library in strategic work - clients build AI workflows with us. We reuse, enrich, and scale them.
- Reusable AI Apps with real business value - We sell results: workflows tied to ROI, reused across orgs. Our clients don’t just use VirtualBrain, they resell it.
- GTM that scales itself - We scale through the ones deploying GenAI: consultants train the platform and distribute it to clients.
Why We’re Raising Now
- We’ve found true product-market fit, and went beyond our GTM. But our bootstrapped pace limits our ability to stay ahead of the curve.
- This Seed round will unlock:A world-class AI & product team, Senior sales and demand generation hires, In-person GTM events to dominate our category’s mindshare in Europe, Continued product leadership as the agentic workflow orchestration layer of the future of work => We’re building the OS where AI runs, and experts decide.
