The Nigerian land market, valued at a staggering USD 15 Billion (Statista, 2024), is riddled with inefficiency and a high risk of scams. Manual verification processes are time-consuming; over 500,000 fraudulent land deals plague Lagos annually. Fear and uncertainty hinder investment, limiting economic growth. This was how Ndifreke our co-founder lost lands worth $18,000 to scams.
