Onehealthng.com is a digital-first pharmacy for quality medicines and healthcare services for individuals and healthcare providers. This is a dedicated retail and online pharmacy through which OneHealth provides access to prescriptions and other healthcare services anywhere via omnichannel e-commerce platform and APIs. Customers are able to purchase either directly from the physical store, or online via the website to be delivered or picked up from nearby partner pharmacies located nationwide.

OneWellness by OneHealth is a subscription-based medical and adherence platform that seeks to manage patients’ health journey from diagnosis to treatment and maintenance. OneWellness has three (3) subscription options from the basic ‘freemium subscription’ model, where subscribed members have free access to assigned care partners and medication refill reminders, amongst others to paid standard and premium subscriptions with additional option to buy a micro insurance plan for subscribers.

OneHealth is managed by a team of seasoned professionals with complementary competencies and requisite skills who leverage their wealth of experience to drive growth and ensure that the Company’s strategic objectives and plans are robustly maximised. The CEO/Co-Founder of OneHealth, Adeola Alli, is an exemplary leader responsible for day-to-day management of the Company and for making and implementing operational decisions. The founder is supported by a strong management team with experience in the pharmaceutical, fast-
moving consumer goods industry, and product growth and development.
