At Bio Ice Cream Dots we have a mission - Food as Medicine!

Since the very beginning of the journey I knew that I need to build products that are healthy, that will bring not only pleasure during consumption but also nutrients for healthy life.

Important part of the Mission is the technology - Cryogenics is the only technology preserving vitamins and nutrients in frozen foods.

This is crucial if we want the product to contain vitamins, proteins, fibre, probiotics. 

We shock-freeze ice cream mass in liquid nitrogen at -195.8C and create functional food – nutritious ice cream in the form of small spheres. The innovation is a breakthrough if we consider healthy recipe as well as the storage temperature of -18C, the typical temperature to store ice cream and that means that we can sell our product in the retail chain, gas stations, everywhere where there is a freezer.

Patented technology is easy to scale up, we can grow globally by duplicating the production line on each continent. We have built machine and production system enabling us to reach capacity of one tone to even few tons per hour.

The proprietary 100% natural stabilizer and production method are breakthroughs in cryogenics.

I am very proud to confirm that a few weeks ago the first patent was granted to us.

Patents in US, Japan and 39 European countries are pending.

The concept works in real business environment.

MVP 1 and 2 were great success, we have traction, we have validated market need for the product.

In spring 2025 we will launch sales in supermarket chains and that is why we need support of the mentors, corporates to gain access to merchants and decision makers. 

Our product is delicious, with no sugar, with probiotics, is a source of fibre, packed with healthy ingredients.
