ViroStatics is a privately held small pharmaceutical company dedicated to R&D of novel compounds for a multifaceted treatment of cancers and viral diseases, focusing on novel, selective, host cell kinase targeted inhibitors and Myc.

ViroStatics offers also innovative validated assays for the analysis of severe respiratory viruses by developing a bioaerosol system to test drugs, disinfectants and devices for virucidal activity in a state-of-the-art Biosafety Level 3 facility.

The Team and Advisors combines scientific, business, legal, and technology expertise, spanning the entire process of drug development from translational science through preclinical and clinical drug development.

ViroStatics has been awarded with H2020 Seal of Excellence and subsequently obtained funding under the Horizon 2020’s SME Instrument Phase 1 Call H2020-SME Inst-2016-2017 in the area of Dedicated Support to Biotechnology.

ViroStatics has been also awarded with several Seal of Excellence for Phase 2 appliacations (SME Instument then H2020-EIC-SMEInst-2018-2020), in November 2020 the latest one, with the projet proposal 970239, TOSCA "A Novel CDK4/6/9 Inhibitor for the Treatment of Aggressive Cancers".

Aerosol testing technology to demonstrate antiviral efficacy against RSV

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is a seasonal virus causing acute respiratory tract infections in infants and older adults. Last year there has been a significant rise in RSV cases.
At ViroStatics, we can assess and demonstrate the efficacy of your device against RSV. We have developed an advanced experimental system to evaluate the ability of any device to eliminate respiratory viruses (such as RSV, Covid-19, influenza virus, avian flu) in aerosol, the main form of transmission of these pathogens.
