Vetophage

VetoPhage is a Biotech company specialized in bacteriophage research and development. Phage-based therapy is an innovating approach to treating a wide variety of bacterial infections, in particular drug-resistant strains of bacteria. The research work is supervised by Prof. Yves Waché and Dr. Mai Huong Ly-Chatain who have more than 10 years experience on phages.

VetoPhage is located in ENS (Ecole Normal Supérieure) in Lyon, France, where we work with different research laboratories and access to the engineering platforms of the ENS. We are also present internationally through projects and network partners where animal feeding and aquaculture take place, especially in Pacirifc Asia and in South America.

We develope two applications in using phages : the detection and the traitement of pathogenic bacteria in vetevinary sector.
