Userux is the digitalisation and automation of qualitative research. Through our TQR methodology (Technology Qualitative Research), we offer customers faster, cheaper and more in-depth analysis. We connect customers with an extensive database of quality checked testers who input extensive data about their personal preferences and hobbies, utilising AI matching, to ensure they represent their target group/end buyers to test their products. The results of TQR methods enable companies to receive full evaluations efficiently during project development, to ensure that they meet target group preferences on the market.

The system enables companies to choose from a number of testing procedures such as virtual cloud labs, A/B testing and Guerilla testing. The tests are conducted at home, creating a more realistic environment for testing compared to a usability lab. Our AI driven video analysis automatically produces a highlight reel for each tester’s feedback, meaning results will be received in hours, rather than days/weeks and are quicker to evaluate.
