With Trickle, you can schedule a meeting with any group of people, across any calendar platform in less than 30 seconds - using your voice.
Your voice doesn't just imply that you can talk to Trickle to get things done - you can absolutely do that - it also implies that Trickle learns your way of working and your priorities so that it is able to communicate to your stakeholders in a professional manner, calculate things like travel time and suggest the best times to meet, all in a few seconds. Not just for you, but for everyone involved.
What's the problem?
In the current digital age, working together is getting more complex by the day - we're increasing the amount of inter- and intra- company collaboration, our workdays are flexible (working from home, at the office, or some other location) and to do all that and to drive revenue we rely on meetings.
Within project-based organizations (management consulting, project management, ...), a typical employee spends about 40% of their time on scheduling. For a typical management consultant, this represents a yearly cost of around 80.000 EUR for a single consultant!
How does Trickle solve that?
We connect to any calendar provider and scan all participants' calendars to find the best time to meet. This includes suggesting to move lesser important meetings, or pro-actively calculating travel time, taking into account "hidden" events (like personal meetings); all without sharing your actual data.
Your stakeholders are not on Trickle today? No problem! Acting as your Executive Assistant, Trickle will perform your email communication, offering a professional experience to your stakeholders, and freeing you (and them!) from back-and-forth messaging.
What is Trickle's vision?
We aim to build the Ultimate Executive Assistant for the Professional Services Industry. Where Trickle is an intelligent partner in every aspect of your professional life. This includes managing your meetings, mailox, updating CRM systems, setting and following-up on reminders and more.
By leveraging current voice technologies, you can talk to Trickle, just like you would to a human assistant, and Trickle will will execute complex scheduling tasks with ease and confidence. Not only that, you can explain what your preferences are and how you want your schedule to be managed and Trickle will take that into account.
What's the company's history?
The company was founded by Mike (ex. C-level at Belgium's largest employer - bpost group) and Cameron (Tech. Lead at companies like Atlas Copco) and currently has a team of 4.
We've bootstrapped to MVP and then raised 350.000 EUR to present our initial market offering. At the same time we became part of the imec.istart portfolio.
We're now raising an additional 1.000.000 EUR to:
- Support our R&D track - which is being backed by a 300.000 EUR Belgian grant
- Support our Go To Market efforts within the Professional Services Industry
- With 450.000 EUR already committed (including the grant and a crowdfunding campaign that gathered investments of 55+ private investors)
