In a world of diminishing attention span, digital publishers have struggled to engage readers.
Enter TNC Stories, a unique mobile app that lets users read addictive 5-minute stories made up of short text messages.
To read, users tap on their phone screens and stories unfold in short text messages. Users can also react to bits of the stories with emojis; they can add their favourite writers as friends and drop comments.
The stories app also allows users to create their own stories and they get paid when others read them. An in-built algorithm apportions earnings to writers daily as their stories get read. Once a user's earnings cross the payment threshold, they can request for payout instantly from their dashboard.
