Is an SME based on Enschede in the east of the Netherlands. Our company is focussed on bringing proprietary microfluidic technology to the healthcare sector as a key enabling technology for the medical and pharmaceutical production. Our main goal is to create a bedside ultrasound contrast agent production device. Through the use of our microfluidic manufactured ultrasound contrast agent (UCA) an ultrasound image has 20 times more contrast enabling radiologist and other clinicians to give more accurate diagnoses at the patient’s bedside. These next generation UCAs mean that ultrasound is able to compete with imaging techniques such as MRI and CT-scans, which are more expensive and less patient friendly. Ultimately, our goal is to reduce the costs of healthcare while delivering accurate diagnoses for high quality patient care in Europe and the rest of the world.
