THRASOS

Thrasos is a greentech (rewarded by Environment French Ministry) and a deeptech that develops a plateform which enables food industries to have an ecofriendly approach of food safety through cleaning operation optimization. The platform named NEPSYS is an innovative project aimed at revolutionizing the food industry's cleaning processes. 

Nepsys optimizes cleaning programs on the basis of two technologies:

• Artificial Intelligence that generates optimized cleaning program for every production line and every cleaning program;

• Digital Twin which is a predictive modelling and optimization solution addresses the challenges posed by fouling, a major issue in food production. 

   

  NEPSYS leverages advanced algorithms and data analytics to predict fouling occurrences, enabling timely and efficient cleaning interventions, and enhancing the efficiency of food production circuits. Integrated into a software platform, the module enables real-time optimization of hygiene programs in place by Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) stations.   With a focus on sustainability, NEPSYS seeks to reduce water, energy, and chemical consumption, offering significant environmental benefits. The project holds immense potential to revolutionize food production hygiene, ensuring product quality while fostering environmental consciousness.

• Thrasos is based in Saint-Malo France in Brittany region which is the first food industry region in France and among the main one in Europe.

• Thrasos has based it's expertise on the Founder expertise, Mahieddine CHERGUI who worked over 15 years in the Food safety and Hygiene business.
