SEADM

SEADM is a Spanish SME founded in 2005, whose aim is to become a centre of excellence in the field of analytical instrumentation for the detection of trace elements, based on the know-how of its technical consultant and co-founder Juan Fernandez de la Mora, Yale University professor.

SEADM technology is based upon the integration of electro-spray ionization, mobility analysis and mass spectrometry. The company is located in Boecillo (Valladolid) about 200 km North West of Madrid, with a 250 m² laboratory area. Currently, it has 15 employees, all of them university graduates on account of operations of manufacturing, R&D and marketing.  

During the last six years, SEADM has significantly increased its commercial activities, delivering instruments and engineering services for advanced vapour analysis applications principally in two fields: security and environment. Its range of commercial products, http://www.seadm.com/products/, spans from stand-alone equipment to technological modules (including its renowned DMA) notwithstanding the more and more demanded add-ons as mobility filters for mass spectrometers.
