It was founded by Laurentiu Avram in 1998 as a distribution company.Starting with the year 2000 has functioned as a platform for marketing services provided by Romanian specialists to foreign companies of retail especially which enter in Romanian market. During this years the company has a turnover over 1 mil euro. Also, the organization members develop many business concepts including Scoop Shop.
