Muodim

- Muodim is developing a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technology based on muography, a technique that allows the characterization of the interior of structures or infrastructures using Muons (a neutral element derived from cosmic rays).

- The images we provide to our customers are useful in their decision-making (risks, operation, process design, etc.). 

- The markets addressed by Muodim are geotechnics (e.g. monitoring natural hazards), civil engineering (e.g. obstacle detection for tunnel boring machines) and industry (e.g. monitoring wear and tear, thickness, flow problems, etc.).

- The technology is highly innovative, originating from the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research), and we benefit from a registered patent and an operating contract with worldwide exclusivity.

- We are the first French start-up in this niche, our technology will become a standard NDT method. We are continuing to develop R&D to improve image resolution.
