Mon Petit Chateau

Mon Petit Chateau (French for ‘my little castle’) is a start-up offering affordable and qualitative housing for young families with or without children or with a first child. That’s where the baseline refers to: ‘Een thuis op mensenmaat’ is literally translated ‘a house tailored for you and your budget’. The housing offered is only for sale. Rentals aren’t in the scope of ‘Mon Petit Chateau’.

Seeing the struggle young people have to buy adequate housing, we partnered with a construction company and an architect office to convert existing houses (or warehouses or other commercial properties) into affordable comfortable homes for young families without children or with a first child.
