Lads Agency was launched in 2021 and is based in the heart of Brussels since early 2023. What started as a marketing agency, has now evolved into a start-up
that commercialise the freemium app TribeUp. The company stands for gender equality, diversity, inclusivity and ecological awareness. These core values are the foundation of the company and will be relied upon during the further growth and expansion of the app TribeUp.

TribeUp is an app exclusively reserved for active professional and semi-professional athletes (= niche target audience of 200,000 users worldwide). In fact TribeUp is the first community based app for elite athletes only in the world.   

TribeUp is a tool tailored to the needs of athletes. They can connect/network with other athletes from other sports and countries, they have access to educational content created in collaboration with experts, and through the app they will be able to connect with potential sponsors. But TribeUp is also a supportive community that encourages athletes' sporting growth and personal development on a daily basis. You could say that TribeUp is all about giving back to the community. 

This month, we will launch the V2 of TribeUp with the marketplace, a unique place where our athletes can find sponsors and will get exclusive offers from advertisers. TribeUp has just started it's journey and we are aiming to work with amazing brands that has growth potential and also need to gain brand awareness.

We want to expand the team with a maketing and sales manager and improve our app by adding new features. To reach our goals for 2024, we
need € 150k.
