InterSkillar is a Belgian tech startup that develops innovative solutions to democratize access to career development and build bridges between untapped talents and overlooked companies.

InterSkillar developed an app that leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to empower young job seekers in 3 steps : 

• Discovering their strengths and exploring career paths, with access to mentors for informed decision-making.
• Upskilling to integrate the job market and connect with partner companies.
• Supporting companies in streamlining the onboarding process for long-term success and increased retention.

We launched our MVP in 2023, a SaaS that provides a personalised career manual to help youth make informed decisions on their career orientation with a talent passport and a toolbox. That represents the Part 1 of our solution.

We are now looking to raise funds to develop the remaining functionalities of our product and launch our marketing strategy.
