InCirT GmbH

InCirT is a Germany based company, developing and commercializing highly advanced integrated circuit (IC) technology. Our product portfolio includes our breakthrough data-converter technology as well as high performance IP sub-blocks. Our breakthrough data-converter technology is suitable especially for 1) highly power- and cost efficient software defined radio chipsets for WiFi 6/7/8, 5G and 6G, 2) highly power- and cost efficient high modulation bandwidth / mmWave wireless links and 3) highly power efficient and small form factor ultra-wide bandwidth radar solutions. Today we achieve 8GHz of iBW at >9 ENOB using cost efficient 22nm FDSOI technology. Our portfolio of sub-IPs can be used for a wide range of applications. InCirT was founded in 2022 after more than 7 years of research on its flagship technology at RWTH Aachen University. Our technology has won support from several German federal ministries as well as the European Union.
