GEOLINKS SERVICES
À propos de votre organisation / profil
Geolinks is a pioneer in deep-tech innovation within the field of Geosciences. Our mission is to deliver innovative and industrial solutions in geophysical monitoring that ensure the safe and sustainable use of underground resources.
Founded in 2020 by three accomplished geophysicists from the industry who shared a conviction: affordable underground monitoring is crucial for safety and sustainability.
Since then, our team has been growing and comprises talented people from various backgrounds.
We are deeply committed to fighting climate change and meeting the UN’s sustainable development goals.
At Geolinks, we believe in People, in Geosciences, and in collaborative R&D to build a better and sustainable future for all.
In 2022, Geolinks was honored as the laureate of the highly selective iLab National Deep-tech contest. In 2023, Geolinks was honored as the laureate of the startup Price of the SIM (Mineral Industry Society). We are supported by a robust ecosystem dedicated to fostering innovation: the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the French sovereign Innovation public fund of Bpifrance, the Reseau Entreprendre Essonne, the Ile-de-France Paris region, the French pole of competitiveness in Geosciences Avenia, and the Open innovation platform from Evolen.
Since 2020, in partnership with the French National Research Centre (CNRS) and our industrial partners, Geolinks has been developing an innovative geophysical underground monitoring solution based on a patent from the CNRS, which utilizes passive seismic interferometry, we aim to revolutionize how fluid movements within the subsurface are monitored.
This groundbreaking technology holds potential across various domains, including CO2 geological storage, Hydrogen underground storage, Raw Materials & mining operations, geothermal fields, natural hydrogen exploration, and water resources management. Following the success of three demonstrator projects in CO2 sequestration 2021 (gas storage) and in 2022 (open pit risk prevention and H2 exploration), Baker Hughes, a Fortune 500 company, has integrated our solution into their CO2 monitoring platform. In January 2024, the European fund EIT InnoEnergy entered our capital at a pre-Seed stage. We are now prepared to expand our team to industrialize our first product FlowTerra on two major industrial markets, with the objective of launching our first commercial monitoring services by end of 2025 in South Africa. A second fundraising is on-going to give us the opportunity to accelerate the development and the adoption of our FlowTerra technology, and doing so, giving the opportunity to build a new era in Energy Transition where Earth monitoring serves for a sustainable future.
