ExAdEx-Innov

ExAdEx-Innov is a biotech company located at the Institut de Biologie Valrose Bioincubator in Nice, in the South of France. We gather researchers, KOLs and clinicians with decades of know-how and expertise in human adipose tissue biology and cell therapy applications to answer the unmet medical need of patients suffering from metabolic disorders.

Our unique patented ExAdEx technology is a breakthrough innovation coming from French academic research excellence: "Stem Cells and Differentiation" team from Côte d'Azur University in collaboration with Nice University Hospital Center CHU and Cell and Gene Therapy Unity. 

ExAdEx technology removes the obstacles to the development of a biotherapy product, named ObAdEx, based on human adipose tissue innate properties to regulate metabolism. We are currently undergoing a fundraising campaign to accelerate the development of this innovative biotherapy.

ExAdEx technology also allowed us to develop the first R&D platform of ex vivo human adipose tissue able to mimic the clinical context and optimise pre-clinical testing on relevant physiological and pathological tissue models. This platform is currently proposed to innovative companies in the cosmetics sector.
