Dynacure is a newly backed biotech company specialized in the treatment of rare neuromuscular disorders.
Founded in October 2016 on the basis of science developed at IGBMC (Strasbourg) Dynacure is developing a treatment for Centro-Nuclear Myopathies, a debilitating rare disease affecting children and young adults.
In collaboration with Ionis Pharmaceuticals, one of the leaders in the development of antisense oligonucleotides, Dynacure obtained strong preclinical proof of concept data and spectacular results in animal models for its lead program Dyn101. Dynacure is expecting to initiate human clinical trial in 2018.
