Develhope

We are the largest online coding School (and tech, in general) in Italy. Our Mission is to tackle youth unemployment and fill the gap of missing programmers on the national and global market. Our "pay when you get job" business model allows students to be selected based on their talent, rather than on their financial background.

Thanks to an effective sourcing and selection of candidates, and to a six-month learning path based on the educational model of the "flipped-mastery learning", we train quality junior talents to become software developers and 300+ partner companies hire our students to support our project. 90% of our graduates find work within a maximum of 3 months from the end of the course, thanks to the work of our Partnerships & Placement team that supports them in the job search.

In 2022 more than 1,000 students have chosen to train at Develhope, and we aim to inspire and train 10,000 by 2025, thanks to our inclusive and scalable model.
Furthermore, wanting to pay great attention to less represented categories in the tech field attending our courses, we have joined the network of UNHCR for the training of refugees and we boast twice the number of women usually enrolled in an Italian STEM degree program. Thanks to the scholarships provided by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), NEETs, women and protected categories can study at our school.
