Builti started as a spin-off of a bigger ICT company.

Three Founders with different skills and capabilities are testing on the market of Civil Engineering a new Business Model for scalability, applicability and earnings - (with success).

The road we see is very wide and  few are walking on the same boat.

We mixed ICT know-how with University based methodologies to fast assess on a turnkey solution any building or infrastructure for risks.

Vulnerability (seismic-static-end of life) is infact the great missing one in "old" buildings and infrastructures. Missing informations, competences and know-how make awarness very far from anyone that requires this information to take decisions.

Our markets for Buildings started from Pubblic Administrations, then went to Industry, now is affecting Banks. Next step will be Real Estate.

On Infrastructures (bridges) we address our services to big owners and managers of national roads and highways that require to have these information to take action.

We formed over 700 professional in just 1 year. Indirect sell (engineer sells the assessment), Direct sell (we sell turnkey the assessment and the network) and Datamining (we will have a huge database of how buildings and infrastructures are built) are our selling capabilities and our values.

We want to create in the future a whole platform of several methods to be delivered to anyone that wants to get fast aware of its heritage.
