Our why We started Athlo because endurance sports have too long centered middle-aged men in Lycra — chasing competition, not connection.

The focus has been on climbing mountains, not navigating the journey.

But real performance isn’t one-size-fits-men. It’s deeply personal. Especially for women whose bodies, hormones, and lives don’t follow someone else’s training script.
