Ananta is a multidisciplinary design studio founded by sisters Viveka and Rucita Vassen, based in Cape Town South Africa. They aim to use their design skills for social impact by working with local South African craft communities, economically empowering artisans and their families.
Re-imagining heritage crafts like beadwork and wirework with a fresh perspective and modern aesthetic, they design collectable decor, lighting and furniture pieces that play with the FUN in fun-ctional. Everything they create is filled with colour, pattern, joy, celebration and community!
