AmiNIC is a start-up developing a handheld game-changing sensor that in an instant meassures freshness and expiration dates of meat and fish. The sensor can be considered an ultra sensitive and intelligent nose, applicable at Points of Sales in the food industry where smelling is currently the common method for food assessment, generating considerable amounts of food waste. We have a strong and complementary team and great collaborations with our customers. We have sold our fist units are looking for €1.3M for launch of this break-trough IoT solution and scaling.
