20energy, established in 2020, is a pioneering clean technology startup aimed at transforming urban energy production and significantly contributing to urban decarbonization. Our flagship product, LYBRA, is an innovative device that captures kinetic energy from vehicles slowing down at deceleration zones like roundabouts, toll booths, and parking lot entrances, converting it into electrical energy. This solution not only generates clean energy but also enhances road safety by naturally slowing vehicles and reducing brake wear.

Our leadership team comprises CEO and founder Daniele Caruso, with a background in consulting at Deloitte, CSO Marco Krieziu, with over 35 years of experience in the international commercialization of deep-tech companies, and CTO Andrea Pirisi, the inventor of LYBRA, who holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and has multiple cleantech patents. Together, we have made LYBRA a viable and effective solution for renewable energy production in any city, including Oslo, demonstrating that sustainability and innovation can go hand in hand.
