Neuralk-AI aims to pioneer the development of the first AI sales advisor for e-commerce websites, with the goal of providing comprehensive, rich, and personalized guidance on online selling platforms. 

Currently, most online sites lack such support. While some have implemented relatively simple solutions like decision tree-based chatbots or chat interfaces with human advisors, recently, AI-based chatbots have emerged, albeit with limitations—they lack product expertise and fail to offer personalized quality recommendations, often only available in English due to their training data. 

Our solution transcends mere chatbot functionality; we aspire to redefine the interaction paradigm within e-commerce sites, enhancing the user experience. To achieve this, we are developing a novel interface seamlessly integrating our sales advisor. This interface empowers consumers to interact with products more fluidly and naturally, enabling text or voice-based searches, contextual visual renderings of products, and comparison based on personally relevant criteria.
