GNRB vs MRI (Cojean, 2023)

Study to assess reports of  Genourob medical device, of MRI and with arthroscopy (gold standard) for detecting ACL partial or complete tears after a knee sprain. 

More than 200 patients were introduced in this study.

MRI is 2 times less accurate for detecting ACL partial tears Than Genourob devices .

Interest to introduce Genourob devices in first intention when there's a suspicous of ACL tear after a knee sprain : less expensive and more accurate.
