Crestwing is a developer of wave energy converters (WEC) with a simple construction, demonstrated high power generation, and proven survivability offshore. Crestwing has the potential to become the next commercial sustainable energy source in fighting climate change.

A Crestwing wave energy converter (WEC) consist of two large rectangular barges that are hinged together laying perpendicular to the waves. The construction enables the harvesting of energy from a large area of water surface and can be placed at all water depths, either in wave energy parks or in synergy with offshore wind parks.

Crestwing has collected detailed data from prototype test trials offshore and in wave tanks. We cooperate with professional partners to assure that the upcoming offshore test will prove Crestwings power matrix in operational conditions.
