About your organization / profile
The SYN ISON Laboratory, established in Sparta in 1996 (this summer will have a new official form), is dedicated to provide high quality mechanical engineering services, such as design and simulation, construction and testing of prototypes for innovative ideas, patented or not.
The Laboratory has participated in many significant projects, of scientific or industrial interest, in collaboration with institutions and industrial companies, while it was also developing its own R&D, resulting in several tens of meticulously elaborated concepts, while three of them had been filed as patent applications:
a) WO/2007/125373: a theoretical work,
b) WO/2009/040588: a Piston Rotary Engine, still under R&D,
c) WO/2018/020279 & GENERIC ENGINE & TRISKELION, still under R&D.
The Laboratory is still feverishly developing new concepts, while two of them have been filed as patent applications:
d) WO/2021/165707 & EXTREME TRANSMISSION
a very simple -in construction & maintenance- and efficient speed reducer or increaser, which -with ONE only additional moving part between its input & its output- achieves tremendous transmission ratios, such as 1,000,000:1 (reducing) or 1:1,000 (increasing),
e) WO/2021/260400 & ELEUTHERO STROPHE
a mechanism which -with FOUR only additional moving parts between its input & its output- achieves the transmission of endless rotation from a shaft onto a stationary frame, to a shaft onto a rotating carrier, independently of the endless rotation of the carrier.
