PROJECT DENN IKE

Project DENN is a Decentralized News Network, that helps in the combat against fake news, by using blockchain and the c2pa standard. We provide a mobile application that enables citizens to capture content (like videos and photos) and embed metadata (like geolocation and timestamp) to it on the fly. The user can then upload the content on the DENN platform where journalists have access through a subscription model, to find faster, broader and more valid news information.

The company has been incorporated in March of 2023 and has won some innovation awards, it has completed the Aspire Greece program by INCO (funded by google.org) that supports SMEs with social impact, it has been accepted at the Founders Institute cohort 2023, and the OrangeGrove incubator. Moreover it was one of the 20 greek companies to be accepted to pitch at the EBAN congress 2023.

We have a diverse team of experienced professionals and we have an advisor from the Aristotles University of Thessaloniki. We also have Anthology Ventures as a partner.

Currently we are building our MVP and we are raising our first round to complete our pilot in Greece.
