e-satisfaction.com is a Voice of Customer solution that gathers vital information regarding what customers think and feel about their experiences with a business, across complex networks and during critical moments, to drive business impact.
We are a Greek company, and the dominant Customer Feedback Platform in the Greek Market, with our European expansion on the rise. We are focusing primarily on Retail & Automotive, but our solution can help businesses across sectors that want to capture the Voice of their Customers to maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels, expedite the Unsatisfied Recovery process & Improve their Operations based on Customers' Voice.
Currently we are working with major Greek Retailers such as Public Group (ex MediaMarkt), Plaisio, Germanos (Deutsche Telekom/Cosmote Group), Intersport, JD Sports/Cosmossport, Leroy Merlin and key players in the Automotive/Leasing industry such as Toyota, AVIS, Hertz. We have some small presence in the Balkans region from the aforementioned hub accounts (primarily Romania, Bulgaria & Cyprus) and we just started our collaboration with Toyota Luxemburg/Belgium, with more European Countries in our portfolio for 2024.
In numbers, our team consists of 12 people, our YtD Revenue is +56% vs Q1 ‘23, while we are aiming for 50% YoY growth in ttl Revenue, with positive EBITDA. Our model is SaaS for SMEs & SwaS for Large Enterprises, since we are seeing a lot of growth opportunities from Professional Services.
