Digital Mall is a mobile application.

 It’s a digital mall, created automatically for any town in the world and can host all local businesses. 

It uses the effort that enterprises already make for their digital marketing, adds value and offers it to local consumers combined, in order to lead them to the physical points of sale.

 Consumers, according to their interest at any moment, see a map of their surroundings, with pinned businesses (extended profile), offers, events, posts, leaflets in pdf, etc. In addition, they can find municipal news, open pharmacies nearby, job ads for the specific area and more. 

Local consumers can also put orders via a phone-call, a text message or the order-taking module, which is provided to business-users as an option. Digital Mall requires low technological knowledge, effort and cost. I

t gives the opportunity to small businesses to achieve something very difficult for them so far: To integrate easily their web presence, social media and digital signage.
The very basic form of a “shop” in Digital Mall is an advanced business profile pinned on a local map, targeting potential consumers moving nearby. Immediately created and continuously updated, when connected to Facebook. 

It needs minimum tech-skills or time, only posting to social media, something everyone is familiar with. It’s a creative synthesizing of current technologies, enhancing the digital presence of a business. 

It’s controlled easily, by chatting with a bot. 

Technological innovations: 

● Social media posts feed automatically the content of digital signage screens. In case subscribers don’t have one, they can order our plug & play system. 

● Subscribers can create their own order-taking module. 

● Subscribers can run their own Customer Loyalty Program, even counting the sales done outside their “shop”, when their consumers scan their receipts using the Digital Mall application.Our competition: 

● Business Directories (difficult to keep updated - limited profiles and company info) 

● Digital Signage system providers (expensive for small businesses, especially when providing content creation and management) 

● Smart TVs that play content from a usb stick (difficult to keep the content updated,time consuming, damaging sales when not updated, bad for branding when screen isoff) 

● Google Maps / Apple Maps (not competitors, but current solutions forend-consumers, not essential for small territories) Digital Mall has local community spirit, it is easy and cost-effective.
