Ad 1) By using The Intangible Currency™, TICs, which can be considered as a transformative device
Ad 2) In B2B and B2C solutions – two Brainii solutions applying the TIC device.
TICs make individual intellectual capacity accountable og calculable by valuing knowledge (academic and experience-based) in numbers 1-5 and competence, creative and performative, (1-5) – separately. 1 TIC notes the values of one discipline = one element of knowledge together with the owners’ two competences to activate this intellectual capacity in societal contexts.
Brainii connects people to people and not text to people. No text is included, only knowledge in the brains of the living, knowledgeable and competent people, the owners of the intellectual capital.
I Actor Network Theory, transformative devices like TIC’s are assigned goals (1), means (2) and agens (3) which can be explained as follows:
Ad 1) Brainii’s goal is to facilitate collaboration in the world across boundaries and enhance speed and quality.
Ad 2) Brainii’s means are TICs that as transformative valuation devices applied in a real- time digital structure, visualize the hidden intellectual capital in comparable, generic digits in companies and network, make the capital accessible and generates output documenting the management of Intellectual capital
Ad 3) TIC’s agens in the Brainii solution break through boundaries of companies, cultures, silos, languages, geographies, disciplines and hierarchies in order to - in processes of matching like recruitment, staffing, teaming, remote collaboration, retention – to employ the best capacity, discover and identify gaps in the capital, risks in the strategy, upcoming risks in daily operations, conduct accelerated processes of change and plan processes of innovation

Brainii, B2B, is thus an accounting program applying The Intangible Currency TM, the valuing unit, to make the capital visible and accessible - and manageable in real-time. Output is new types of data informing about risks and successes in the capital.
Brainii, B2C is a distribution machine connecting supply and demand between the person with the knowledge and the entity with the demand. They do not know each other and are displaced all over the world. They can exchange in remote spaces.
Gains for companies by using Brainii B2B is in short accelerated organizational speed in most processes, especially innovation, team setting, building of consortia and quality of the output.
Gains for the employees are the focus on their intellectual capacity, the designed use of this capacity and the development of new capacity.
Gains for companies using B2C is an extreme flexibility in heads, in staffing, in fast changes of capacity.
Gains for the individual owner of knowledge is to sell knowledge when needed directly to the demand have no fuss with industrial intermediaries.
The Company Brainii
Takes part in an accelerator Tech Nordic Advocates for the moment. It showcases the Minimum Viable Product to potential target costumers within the engineering sector.
The MVP has been tried in parts of Vestas, where I conducted my Industrial PhD, and in Copenhagen Business School, defended in July 2018.
