AILOGI
About your organization / profile
AILOGI is an AI-powered platform transforming international trade compliance for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). Unlike standard generative AI, which primarily generates text-based responses, AILOGI operates as an agentic AI system, meaning it actively executes tasks, makes decisions, and adapts workflows based on user queries. It automates trade documentation, provides real-time regulations updates and recommends taking advantages from best-fit Free Trade Agreement (FTA), and proactively mitigates compliance risks. By leveraging AI-driven automation, AILOGI streamlines the suggestion of essential documents such as customs clearance forms, product registration applications, invoices, and certificates of origin—reducing errors, saving time, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
To ensure AILOGI delivers a seamless and intelligent trade compliance solution, we have built a robust backend infrastructure integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. At its core, AILOGI features a UI chatbot for user interaction, supported by User Data Management and MongoDB for secure data storage. Our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system enhances accuracy by fetching relevant compliance data before generating responses. AILOGI uses Agentic AI to stay up to date with global trade regulations by combining real-time data integration, intelligent automation, and continuous learning from trusted sources. It pulls information from government databases, customs authorities, and international bodies through APIs. NLP-powered AI scans legal texts and policies, translating them into compliance rules. Machine learning analyzes historical trade data to identify trends and risks. It also learns from user feedback, updates document protocols automatically, and tailors compliance strategies based on sector needs and geopolitical changes.
AILOGI is designed to serve businesses and organizations facing compliance challenges in international trade, with a primary focus on MSMEs in Germany and Vietnam. In 2022, SME internationalization in Germany surged, with 879,000 firms—23.1% of all SMEs—actively competing in global markets. These businesses, especially in manufacturing, import/export, logistics, and e-commerce struggle with limited resources, high regulatory burden, digitization challenges, supply chain disruptions, and navigating up-to-date trade regulations. Growing companies expanding into new markets also face increasing regulatory requirements without dedicated compliance teams. Besides, trade organizations and associations seek modern tools to support their member MSMEs efficiently. AILOGI provides an affordable, scalable solution tailored to these needs, ensuring businesses can comply with trade regulations without excessive costs or operational burdens.
By leveraging AI-driven automation, AILOGI delivers significant benefits to its users. The platform reduces compliance costs, minimizes errors, and prevents costly fines or shipment delays by automating trade documentation and real-time regulatory updates. It provides intuitive workflows and predictive risk analysis, helping MSMEs navigate complex trade regulations efficiently. Businesses can leverage Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) effectively, ensuring smooth market expansion while avoiding regulatory pitfalls. Unlike costly and resource-intensive solutions like SAP or Oracle, AILOGI offers a cost-effective, scalable, and user-friendly alternative, empowering MSMEs to focus on global growth with confidence.
Currently AILOGI has developed and tested a working Proof of Concept (PoC) with pioneer customers (non-paid), validating core functionalities through real use cases. The PoC refines AI workflows, enhances query accuracy, and provides key user insights. Positive feedback from MSMEs in Germany and Vietnam, including two import-export firms signing Letters of Intent (LOIs), confirms market interest. IP SME Helpdesk from EuroCham and IHK Ludwigshafen have endorsed AILOGI with a recommendation letter, strengthening its credibility in Germany.
