CiviTime is a gamified SaaS platform allowing HR departments to measure and improve employee engagement on transformation projects (digital transformation, strategic business project, organisational transformation...). Created in 2018, we have more than 70 clients in France and abroad - Société Générale, L'Oréal, Arcelormittal, Plastic Omnium, Crédit Agricole...
We are doubling our turnover every year, and have just reached our break-even point. The team consists of 10 employees, headed by a CTO (EPITECH - 3 years experience), a Head Of Sales (INSEAD - 20 years experience), a CEO (HEC - 8 years experience).
