The Polyfloss Factory

We are The Polyfloss Factory, a French industrial startup which invented a plastic recycling machine that transforms waste into fibers to be used in insulation, packaging, textiles or construction material. 
 

Waste plastic is obviously a worldwide problem, with only 9% being recycled, but the main demand comes from places where industrial facilities are not suitable. The Polyfloss Factory provides machines, equipment and support to set up local circular economies where it matters most. 
 

We have patented our TRL8 machine. The specificity of the technology lies in its versatility, ease of use and field-friendliness, to tackle humanitarian, development or remote private markets. We have already secured crucial sales with major stakeholders like UN organisations or worldwide NGOs.
