Suural is an innovative agricultural venture based in Senegal, Africa. Focused on reducing post-harvest losses, Suural employs a unique approach to distribute fresh fruits and vegetables efficiently. By strategically placing automatic distribution terminals in service stations across Senegal, in 23 stations of new BRT , and in the  each with a 1.2-tonne capacity, Suural aims to streamline the delivery process.

Thanks to a partnership with a startup with solar-powered refrigerated trucks and motorcycles, Suural ensures prompt and reliable product transportation. The system incorporates mobile money and card payments through a user-friendly application, enhancing convenience for customers. 

Our online platform brings together farmers' stores, wholesalers, buyers and suppliers of solar-powered refrigerated motorcycles in a single point of sale.

With a target demographic of 100,000 recurring households, consuming an average of 20kg of vegetables per month, Suural anticipates a substantial market share. The venture envisions distributing 2.5 tonnes of agricultural products per week per terminal. This ambitious plan could potentially yield a profit of $525,000 per month, or approximately $6,385,000 annually.

By offering subscription models and pre-packaged vegetable packs, Suural seeks to further meet customer demands and preferences. This forward-thinking approach places Suural at the forefront of agricultural innovation, poised to make a significant impact on reducing food waste and increasing access to fresh produce in Senegal.
