Umital stands for Human Capital. Umital's founders, Eline Grouwels and Elke Struys, have experienced firsthand how a company's culture can positively influence its results. They now share their experience in managing and motivating employees by guiding organizations through the transition from strategy to real behavior in the workplace. They have developed a unique approach in which clear responsibilities and objectives make the difference. 

To enhance product development of our software platform  Umango , to validate our go-to-market strategy and balance our team, we are looking for external funding. 
It’s our mission to increase the productivity & engagement of employees through data-driven connections. Our platform is integrated in Microsoft Teams. Umango enriches team meetings fostering good team habits and collaboration.
