Aurox

We develop wearables that apply thermoelectric cooling to certain areas on the body. With our newest development, called Aurox® Headband, they were nominated and awarded in many different competitions. It is a wearable that  uses precise thermoelectric cooling which can be started by a push of a button regardless of the  location of the user. 

The Aurox® Headband is extremely effective when it comes to:  

·Relax, due to its pleasing massaging function and chilling effect of slight warm-cold application (e.g. yoga, meditation and spa lovers, stressed people etc.)  

·Perform, because heavy cooling on the forehead and temples refreshes and wakes up (e.g. business men, office workers, night-shift worker, people who have to stay focused for a long time, for sports etc.). 

Unlike ice packs the product follows a pre-defined and studied temperature pattern to maximize the effects of thermal therapy. The uppermost branch of the head’s trigeminal nerve  is called ophthalmic and is often the cause of feeling uncomfortable und being unfocused.  Aurox Headband has four cooling spots: Two on the forehead (where  the nerve exits to the heads surface) and one on each temple (center of the nerve). Customized temperature curves on these four sensitive points are precisely controlled to the user’s needs (e.g. cold on the forehead, warm on the temples; then constant cooling, etc.). Aurox® Headband uses 10 temperature sensors for highest safety and to ensure a perfect temperature regulation.
