Alfa Plastic was born in 1999 from the renewal of a thermoplastic injection molding company, aiming to create a new but above all innovative reality in the transformation sector for third parties, whose goal is to guarantee customers a complete service in the sector.

Able to follow / assist the customer from the first stages of conception of new products by making available all the important experiences gained on the processing / transformation of the most common thermoplastics up to the most innovative technopolymers, but not only.

In fact, Alfa Plastic combines injection molding, blow molding, extrusion (externally with one of our partners) and the mechanical workshop, a technical office with cad-cam stations able to develop not only molds but also a whole series of equipment necessary for auxiliary processing, such as pad printing, ultrasonic welding, assembly, etc., which allow the completion of the production process of the individual components, or sub-assemblies, which are increasingly requested by customers ready for assembly lines or for shipping.

Since 2010, Alfa Plastic has also entered the biomedical market with an innovative orthopedic product that has earned it the recognition of Seal of Excellence by the European Community, concentrating on the part of research and mechanical development and materials
