Since 2009 Difrotec develops, fabricates and sells optical metrology tool (interferometer) for testing high quality optical elements and systems. Difrotec also develops and sells processing software and offers measurement services. Difrotec sold 4 instruments in China, Belorus and US, fund-raised from sales and seed-investors in total around 1500 kEUR. Also Difrotec participated in 5 R&D projects supported by Estonian government and European grants (including grant from ESA - European Space Agency), presented its product and technology at 4 international trade fairs and industry conferences, issued 5 papers. Difrotec IP is protected by US and European patents.
