Equidam

The Equidam community was designed for companies that computed their valuation with the Equidam online business valuation platform. The members uploaded their financial projections and company information, which was then benchmarked by Equidam against 10,000,000 data points on market transactions to find comparables and provide accurate financial parameters and valuations.

The unique combination of methods used by Equidam allows for accurate early stage startup valuations. This is due to the fact that both qualitative and quantitative information was evaluated while at all times complying with the International Private Equity Valuation (IPEV) Guidelines. Members of this group are part of a network of 105,000 companies that computed their fair value through Equidam in order to come prepared to investor negotiations and allow for a smoother process.
