- UAngel is Ukrainian club of private investors engaged in co-search and review of innovative projects seeking funding on early stages of their development
- This is a platform intended to provide private investors with unbiased information about transactions, venture business events, educational activities and a wide networking circle
- The club was founded in 2014. Since the first day of its foundation, UAngel has been a member of EBAN (European Business Angels Network) and maintained close ties with angel associations worldwide
- The club is a non-profit organization, an association that exists on membership dues. There are individual and collective levels of membership.
