Neva Finventures is the Corporate Venture Capital vehicle of Intesa Sanpaolo for strategic investments of the Group with a capital commitment of Euro 100mln.
It invests (mainly minority stakes) in Fintech companies complementing the group activities having Europe, Israel and USA as preference target markets.
Neva Finventures also invests in non-Fintech initiatives to position the Group as a fundamental partner for startups that intend to enter new markets and key industries, focusing on circular economy and data-driven economy.
Neva Finventures also invest in venture capital funds.
