Eyre AI Limited
About your organization / profile
We are building a purpose-driven, legally grounded compliance platform that helps businesses navigate, implement, and monitor compliance with the EU AI Act. Our mission is to translate one of the world’s most ambitious AI regulations into concrete, operational workflows for teams developing or deploying AI systems in Europe.
Why Now?
As the EU AI Act moves from legislation to enforcement, companies across sectors face growing pressure to classify their AI systems, assess risk, document impact, and stay audit-ready. We offer an integrated software platform that simplifies this process — combining regulatory expertise, automated assessments, and system-level monitoring into one streamlined tool.
eyreACT acts as a bridge between legal requirements and real-world development environments. At its core, it enables organizations to:
- Classify their AI systems in line with the EU AI Act risk framework
- Track compliance status for each system across development and deployment
- Generate and maintain required documentation such as conformity assessments, technical files, and fundamental rights impact assessments
- Monitor ongoing use for breaches of requirements such as human oversight, accuracy, and cybersecurity
- Prepare for regulator audits and engage external third-party evaluators when required
What is unique?
Rather than focusing only on checklists or policy templates, our approach is systemic. We work directly with product, legal, data science, and risk teams to ensure AI governance becomes a manageable part of everyday workflows — not a reactive burden.
Eyre: Compliance observability
One of our core innovations is the concept of "compliance observability" — embedding transparency and traceability directly into the lifecycle of AI systems. This means our platform doesn't just support once-a-year assessments; it actively tracks changes, logs decisions, and flags compliance risks in real time.
Taking AI Act compliance further
We're also developing compliance automation modules tailored to high-risk AI categories as defined in the AI Act — including employment, credit scoring, biometric identification, and education. These modules combine policy logic, evidence templates, and technical best practices to help companies get compliant faster.
Who are our clients?
For companies deploying general-purpose AI models (GPAI) or integrating third-party models into their stack, we provide tools to document model provenance, validate intended uses, and implement safeguards in line with the latest GPAI obligations.
Our architecture is model-agnostic and designed to support both open-source and commercial models.
We see our role not just as a SaaS provider, but as part of a wider ecosystem shift toward trustworthy AI in Europe. That’s why our platform integrates with upcoming EU Trust Mark requirements, national conformity bodies, and data protection frameworks. We also aim to reduce duplication by aligning with other international standards like ISO 42001 and NIST RMF, allowing companies to comply once and use across jurisdictions.
Our mission
The EU AI Act is a landmark law, but most teams are not equipped to translate 150+ pages of legal text into technical action. We're closing that gap. Our team brings together deep regulatory insight, go-to-market experience, and technical fluency to build a product that works for real companies under real deadlines.
Where we are right now
We are currently building an MVP and onboarding early partners in highly regulated industries — finance, insurance, healthcare, and education — as well as AI-native startups that want to build compliance into their products from day one.
These early collaborations help us refine use cases and ensure the platform scales across multiple levels of AI maturity and organizational structure.
Our plans
In the future, we plan to expand into risk forecasting, compliance scoring, and dynamic regulatory updates as laws evolve. The long-term vision is to create a compliance layer for AI that is continuous, transparent, and interoperable — giving businesses and regulators confidence that safe, lawful AI is not just an ambition but a working standard.
We’re headquartered in the UK but moving to the UK, committed to digital sovereignty, and actively engaging with the regulatory community to ensure that our approach reflects both the letter and the spirit of the law.
For companies building AI in or for Europe, we offer a pragmatic, futureproof path through the complexity.
